How quickly can you deliver?
I normally deliver with a few days but a maximum of a week.
How long do I have to paint them?
I don’t give you a deadline but ideally, within two to three weeks. (This does not apply to nursery orders; please see the letter you were given by the nursery).
Does the ceramics need to be fired as soon as its been painted?
No, there is no rush to fire them once they are painted.
Can I use my own paints or pens?
NO, the paints I give you are ceramic glazes. They are designed to withstand the heat of the kiln (1020 degrees). Anything else will completely burn off and disappear in the firing process.
Can the finished item be used?
Once fired the ceramics are dishwasher and food safe although if they are very special, I think it’s better to handwash them.
Are the paints safe to paint on young children’s hand/feet?
Yes, I’ve been doing hand and footprint with my paint for fifteen years and I’ve NEVER known any child to have a reaction to the paints. Not even ones with sensitive skin.
Yes, the paint is easily washed off everything.
